Refund policy
1. Satisfaction Guarantee
At Deux Perles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return items within 14 days from the date of delivery.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be in the same condition as you received them — unworn or unused, with original tags and packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
3. How to Return an Item
To start a return:

Email us at hello.deuxperles@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Provide your name, order number, and reason for return.

Send the item to the address provided in the email instructions.
Note: Items sent without prior return approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if the return is approved.

If approved, a refund will be issued via your original payment method (processed by Maksekeskus AS, Shopify Payments, or PayPal) within 10 business days.

Please allow time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon delivery.

We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund if applicable.
6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return the original item first.

Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Sale items
8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
