Shipping policy




All orders are shipped from Lithuania. We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
All shipping costs are displayed in Euros (EUR).

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • If you have ordered a pre-order product, it will be shipped once it is produced (within up to 10 business days).

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Lithuania:

  • LP Express Home Delivery: €5.00

  • LP Express Parcel Locker Delivery: €2.99

  • Omniva Home Delivery: €5.00

  • Omniva Parcel Locker Delivery: €2.99

Other EU countries:

  • Registered postal delivery (Home Delivery): €10.00

3. Delivery Times

  • Lithuania: usually 1–3 business days after dispatch

  • Other EU countries: usually 5–10 business days, depending on the destination

  • In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days

4. Important Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. We are not liable for lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • Delays caused by postal or courier services, customs procedures, or unforeseen circumstances are outside our control.

  • Once the goods have been delivered to the address provided by the customer (or collected at the chosen parcel terminal), the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.
