Welcome to Deux Perles. By using our website www.deux-perles.com (the “Website”) and making purchases through it, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

  • Our website and services are intended for customers aged 18 or older. Minors may place orders only with parental or guardian consent.

  • All information you provide to us must be true, accurate, and complete.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or other legitimate reasons.

2. Products and Pricing

  • We strive to display products accurately, but colors and appearance may differ depending on your device.

  • Prices shown on the website are in Euros (EUR) and exclusive of VAT, as the seller is not VAT registered.

  • Prices may change without notice and may differ from prices in other stores or platforms.

3. Orders

  • Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only after confirmation and payment processing by Maksekeskus AS, Shopify Payments, or PayPal.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and payment information.

  • Before completing your purchase, you must read and accept these Terms & Conditions via the checkbox at checkout.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped from Lithuania to European Union countries only.

Shipping methods and costs:

  • LP Express Home Delivery: €5.00

  • LP Express Parcel Locker: €2.99

  • Omniva Home Delivery: €5.00

  • Omniva Parcel Locker: €2.99

  • Other EU countries (registered postal delivery, Home Delivery): €10.00

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days; pre-order items ship within up to 10 business days.

Delivery times:

  • Lithuania: usually 1–3 business days

  • Other EU countries: usually 5–10 business days

  • In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days

Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Once the goods are delivered to the address provided (or collected at the chosen parcel terminal), the responsibility for the goods passes to the customer.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Customers have the right to cancel the contract and return goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the returned product is defective or does not comply with the order (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

  • Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 10 business days of return approval.

  • If goods are defective or not in accordance with the contract, we will repair, replace, or refund the product in full.

6. Payment Processing

  • The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transmitted to Maksekeskus AS, Shopify Payments, or PayPal, who act as authorized processors.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Electronic banking via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiaulių Bank

  • Visa and MasterCard payment cards

  • Kniks gift cards

All payments are accepted in Euros (€). Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce.lt payment platform, Shopify Payments, or PayPal.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Website, including images, text, and logos, is owned by Deux Perles or its licensors.

  • You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Privacy

Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions. By using the Website, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data as described there.

9. Limitation of Liability

  • Deux Perles is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or purchases made through it.

  • Shipping delays, typographical errors, or minor product variations are not our responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the courts of Lithuania.
